Our Founder
Ikenna is an attorney and government relations professional with over five years of experience working in and around the Texas Capitol.
Ikenna has also had a regulatory practice focusing on electricity and natural gas issues and a lobby practice representing corporate, non-profit and trade association clients.
Prior to starting Okoro Law, Ikenna served as Assistant Parliamentarian for the Texas House of Representatives for over three years.
Ikenna is extremely knowledgeable about the legislative process, rules, and procedures. He was such an asset when it came to scheduling legislative meetings with various offices due to his strong relationships with legislative staff and legislators. He is well-respected in the Capitol and was a support to our policy team when testifying or planning lobby days.
